A calm and gentle aroma upon opening the bottle. It has a refreshing yet moderate maturity. Perhaps it is because it is a junmai sake, but the rice flavor adds a fullness and richness. It can be served cold or warmed up.
I like the feeling of enjoying the sweetness of rice in the fall. ❤️ I think there is value in the time spent slowly enjoying sake. But I have to consult with my weight every day about my sake life 💦.
