There were three kinds of Hokkaido sake. I've probably never had this one. Hokuto Zuisho I think it's a Junmai Daiginjo from the rice polishing ratio. It was a refreshing and delicious sake 🍶. extensive knowledge The sake is made with 45% polished rice from "Ginpu", the brewing water is from the underground water of Lake Shikotsu, and the toji (master brewer) is from Hokkaido. Rice: Ginpu Polishing ratio: 45 Sake degree: -1 Acidity: 1.7 Amino acidity: 1.3
