I think it's a Junmai Daiginjo from the rice polishing ratio.
It was a refreshing and delicious sake 🍶.

The sake is made with 45% polished rice from "Ginpu", the brewing water is from the underground water of Lake Shikotsu, and the toji (master brewer) is from Hokkaido.
