I haven't seen Kaikaihua much so it's been a while since I bought it 😁.
The rice is Tochigi star.
It's fire-roasted but fresh.
The sweetness comes first. The sweetness comes first with a hint of muscat, and then the delicious taste of the rice comes in with a bang. The acidity is also quite memorable.
