Which alcoholic beverage are you interested in?
For me, it's Akatake. Everyone has reviewed various types of Akabuki, not just this summer sake, and I was wondering what kind of sake it was.
The initial aroma is apple-like.
In the beginning, you can feel the elegantly scented apples and the alcohol that appears from there. There is a sweetness throughout the entire time you are sipping it.
And from the middle to the end, the rice flavor is amazing...! You can clearly see that this sweetness and umami come from the rice.
The bitterness that appears at the end is also very natural, and it doesn't feel forced. If you think this umami characteristic is similar to some kind of sake, you're in the right place!
Although it is full-bodied, it is not overpowering and is somewhat refreshing. It has a long aftertaste.
Personally, I think the sourness is more pronounced on the second day and without the tailings (although this is not what the back label says).
Honestly, isn't this a common modern sake? I thought it would be a common modern sake, but surprisingly it is not, and it is a quality, robust masterpiece where you can feel the flavor of the rice. I am impressed.
