Overall 9 (out of 10) I came back from Hokkaido to Saitama where it's extremely hot 🥵. We had a quick dinner while talking about memories of Hokkaido with Mr. Peckho 🍶. The sake we chose was this one from Otokoyama. According to the description It is characterized by the beauty that only a Daiginjo can have. It has a mild and mellow taste from summer to autumn. 👍. It is delicious 😋. It is a beautiful, rich, spicy, and sweet taste. The store's label said "slightly sweet", which is true when it's cold, but as it warms up in the glass, it changes its taste a lot 😋. We had it chilled. Pairing impressions are by Pekho 😅. Here are my personal impressions😅 Aroma: Aroma of rice 👍. Taste sensation: 5 is the maximum -Spiciness: 3 at the beginning → 4 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 1 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Astringency: 0 at the beginning → 1 lingering aftertaste -Rice flavor: 2 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel】→4 Smaller number = light Bigger number = richer

Welcome back, shinsaku3! It's a fun time to party and reminisce about your trip ☺️ memories of a couple are treasured forever ✨. Otokoyama is sweet but also spicy? Sounds like it would go well with pizza🍕👍

HinaHanaMama, I'm back! I'm back 😃 The topic of conversation has turned into a strategy meeting for next year's summer vacation😅. Otokoyama has a sweet element at first, and as it warms up, it changes to a spicy-yummy type 😋. It's quite tasty👍 It also went well with pizza 👍

chika, I arrived safely 🚗. Otokoyama is quite rich, but not too rich, it has a clear and delicious taste 😋. I only bought this one bottle of Otokoyama, I'm interested in other brands 😃.
