Autumn Hitsujikka (one fire)
I think they call it hiyaoroshi.
Gentle sweetness, good at room temperature or lukewarm.
Takarajima Koshihikari sake
I've had this one in the past.
It is sweet but not as sweet as the sake degree, and has a complex flavor with a strong umami taste.
Takarayama Shinnosuke Genshu
This sake was recommended by Nemuchi.
Sweet and delicious, a little messy and complex. Slightly unique flavor.
Takarayama Junmai Ginjyo Genshu
I was going to finish with only the above three, but I was curious about the sake degree of -21, so I tasted it. I was told that it was very sweet.
This one uses Yamadanishiki instead of rice.
The rich sweetness is like a dessert wine😋.
The staff was also surprised when they tasted it.
