Drinking Gifu's Local Sake 2024 in Osaka⑰. This is also the first time to see a float. This brewery also seems to use flower yeast! I drank Yamashimo Summer Ginjo Kuradashi Ichiban Polishing ratio 60% Akita-Komachi, Sake degree +3 Abelia yeast is used. Delicious but a little off-flavored... Yamashimo Unfiltered Nama-Shu Hyokami Polishing ratio 65%, processed rice for sake brewing Sake meter rating -1 Sake made with Nadeshiko yeast. This one also has a slight off-flavor. It's a shame, because the taste itself was good... Around the Hyakushun booth, I was approached by the owner of the sake bar that Nemuchi and I visited last year after the Japanese Sake Festival. I've only been to the bar once, but I met him at the Sake-1 Grand Prix and again at this event 😁. I couldn't go to the bar due to events and private events in the bar, and the bar was closed last month 😢. I got a flyer that they have regular events at another location, but it's a weekday so it's tough to go there 🤔.
