Contain it...alcohol hot. Very hot. Like a distilled spirit.
The bitterness is sharp, so the spiciness is further boosted.
However, the flavor of rice is very strong.
Recommended with sweet and spicy food and fatty food. (I used nuts to alleviate the spiciness).
The harshness is reduced when it is lukewarm.
