Yesterday was the annual tennis - hot spring - drinking party with high school classmates. This time it was an emergency meeting, so there were not many participants, so we decided to go to a sushi restaurant. We decided to go to a sushi restaurant. Sake is the best drink at a sushi restaurant, so we started with Eikawa sake. Slightly sweet, but not too sweet. Soft and dry? Natural rice flavor? Next, Hatsusun. This is also clear and dry. More than Sakaegawa, I wonder? Kirei (sharpness)? Koku? (I doubt it 🤣) And Tosatsuru, also dry! I mean, yesterday I was not sure what I was drinking because I hardly took note of the similarities between them 😅. I drank so much that I almost didn't write it down 😅I drank 4 gou of it by myself 😆. So I'll give you a summary 🤣. The nigiri was of course delicious, as well as the seared swordfish, kampachi kama, and many others, but the sardine negima was interesting and delicious 😋.

Good morning, Takashi! It's nice to get some exercise, enjoy a hot spring, and finish with sake 🍶. It's the best way to refresh yourself if you think about it 🎵. The sardine with negima looks really good too 🤤!

Hi ma-ki-😊. Yesterday there were not many of us and we didn't have a break at all, thanks to that my body hurts all over 😂. The sardine negima was delicious. It wasn't filleted, it was a whole fish 🐟.

Hi, Takashi 😃 A slightly better sushi restaurant has good entrées, so a dry sake 🍶 to complement the meal is a good idea!

Good evening, Jay and Nobby 😊. Sake with fish (sashimi and sushi) is the best 🐟🥰, and dry sake goes down a treat 🥳.
