The other Sunday.
Kami, who had her sights set on an out-of-state bakery, left early in the morning to visit a bakery in Higashinada-ku, Kobe 🚗.
From there, we went to a liquor store in Nagata-ku, which is open on Sundays, and got a bottle of Banshu Issen, which I had wanted to try.
It is made from Hyogo Prefecture's sake brewing rice, Hyogo-Kitanishiki, with a polishing ratio of 50%.
The rice is milled using a method called "shagin milling," which means that the rice is not milled according to the length and width of the conventional milling process, but rather the thickness is milled to flatten the rice.
The bottle opens with a sipping sound and a lychee-like aroma. When you drink it, the sweetness, sourness, and umami are well balanced, and it finishes with a bit of bitterness.
This is delicious and to my liking😊.
The entrée is steak with guts🥩.
After getting sake, we went shopping in Inamicho.
The picture is of Himeji Oden and a golden post box instead of a snack afterwards when we stopped in Himeji.
I wanted to drink sake with oden 💦💦😅.

Hi, soumacho 😃
Just in time from early morning bread🍞 activity 😆 sake🍶 activity ‼️
Win-win shopping for you and your wife 🚗🤗.
I would rather have oden as a snack than a treat 😋.

Thanks for the comment, Jay & Nobby 😄.
Since we went there at the last minute, we won't just roll over 😁.
Himeji Oden is eaten with ginger soy sauce, it has a broth and is twice as tasty without it on.
