Comparison of Genmai Tokusyu
I kept a little bit of Kinmon-nishiki that I opened before and compared it with Yamadanishiki.
I wondered if there was too much time between openings, but the Kinmonniki was moist, gentle, and dark sweet👍.
Yamada-Nishiki has a sharp sweetness and bitter balance👍
Well, both are delicious 🆗.
