Rice used: 100% Miyamanishiki produced in Iwate Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 15%.
Wow!
As the label says, it is dry.
It has umami flavor, but it is easy to drink.
I brought it back with me when I went to Iwate in August, and I had it with some Karubi Ramen noodles that my friend who lives there gave me.
I prefer the sweet purple air 💜.
