Today we will have the WITH CHEESE series from Kamikawa Daisetsu.
It seems to be a sake that tastes great when paired with cheese. The aroma is sour with lactic acidity. It has a sour, acidic, and delicious taste that disappears nicely in the mouth. It is delicious with blue cheese and parmigiano cheese. 😋It is more delicious when paired with something acidic and full-bodied.
I would also like to try it with pizza and burritos 🍕bono✨.

I'm curious about this drink but haven't had it yet... I guess it's better with strong tasting cheese than light cheese... I want to try the burrito 🌯!
