This is a sake that my brother-in-law gave me as a gift for joining the family.
It seems to be a very hard to find sake, but he sent it to me because he was in Niigata for work.
When I smelled the aroma, I could smell the ginjo aroma very much like the Kubota I drank at the end of the year. (It smells good...).
The aroma gives the impression of being sweet, but when you drink it, it is not sweet and has a clean aftertaste.
This is a sake that can be drunk like water.
Although it contains brewer's alcohol, it does not have the stinginess of alcohol at all, and you can drink it easily.
It was great with the Kakuni, scallop and salmon roe bowl.
I have 1.8l so I would like to enjoy it on weekends too lol.

Congratulations, Chisuke!
It is wonderful that you celebrated with a bottle of Daiginjyo gold label of Shimehari Tsuru.
Not only the Kakuni, but also the daikon radish and the egg seem to be well seasoned and delicious.
Congratulations!

Mr. Hiraccio.
Thank you for your comment!
I am sorry I did not notice it again.
It was originally a drink I got from a connection as my brother-in-law owned a bar.
It was very tasty. ☺️
