@Tempura and Sushi 18 tsubo
On our last night in Nagano, we first had a little drink at Tempura and Sushi 18tsubo in front of Nagano Station.
Nama-zushi in the Hokushin style 🍶.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a slight acidity and a refreshing sweetness.
It has a mouthfeel like the pure water of Shinshu.
It was quite delicious 🍶✨️
The third picture is of Matsubaya's main brewery.
It is about a 5 minute walk from Obuse station on the Nagano Electric Railway Nagano line.
The fourth one is Assoivni Kiichi aka Kobayashi Kiichi Shoten, which is also about a 5 minute walk from Obuse Station and has been a great help in many ways.
There was an Obuse Winery chabutai and a lot of Merlot on display 🍷.
