This is a new brand using Miyamanishiki. ☺️ Polishing specs seem to be undisclosed. The opening is not very gassy, which is a recent trend for Koei Kiku.
It has the appearance of clear sake when poured into a sake cup. The aroma is clear and sweet with a hint of white sugar, and the taste is quite sweet with acidity and umami following afterwards 🧐 The aftertaste is easy to drink, probably due to the low alcohol content, but there is no sharpness or tightness in the taste, giving a moderate impression overall 😢.
It was a shame that it could have been a little more gassy 😇 Oh, it's just a matter of personal taste.

Sorry for my lack of knowledge 😊 but was this brand already released in 23BY? But I'd like to have the gassy feeling (like Snoclet) that is typical of Koei Chrysanthemum. ‼️
