Tonight, we will open a bottle of the New Lineup from this brewery 💁. Koueikiku Bikun 2025 ✨ This is a new brand using Miyamanishiki. ☺️ Polishing specs seem to be undisclosed. The opening is not very gassy, which is a recent trend for Koei Kiku. It has the appearance of clear sake when poured into a sake cup. The aroma is clear and sweet with a hint of white sugar, and the taste is quite sweet with acidity and umami following afterwards 🧐 The aftertaste is easy to drink, probably due to the low alcohol content, but there is no sharpness or tightness in the taste, giving a moderate impression overall 😢. It was a shame that it could have been a little more gassy 😇 Oh, it's just a matter of personal taste. It's a matter of personal taste 😅
