It's been a long time since I've had this 寫楽.
And it's Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa.
The black label is cool 😁.
The aroma is banana? The aroma is a bit like a banana, and the flavor is gorgeous, mellow, and crisp, making it a versatile sake that can be served alone or with food.
But you know, it is expensive. As one would expect from Yoshikawa's Yamadanishiki.
It cost about the same as the last bottle of 寫楽, which I bought last time 😭.

We have a Tojo Yamadanishiki 寫楽-san waiting for us at home 😊 The last time I drank it was last October, so it will be over a year before I drink it again ‼️ looking forward to it 🤗.
But...yes! It's expensive 🥲.
