The specs for this year's HOPE are a black box😱Last year it was 80% Yamadanishiki and 10% each of Kame-no-o and Omachi, but from the refreshing, citrusy acidity and sweetness characteristic of Senkou, I think it will be mainly Yamadanishiki again this year🤔←Tabun
This is one of my favorite seasonal sake from Sentori 👍.
And it's easy to find 😅
