This year's Miyajima Sake Shop hanpukai has started.
One of the first is the Honkin! 💰
It is sweet with a hint of acidity. It is suitable for drinking when it is hot. It goes well with both Japanese and Western food. I say this because we had different menus for dinner 💦.
I don't think it had much Miyamanishiki-like flavor (though I can't tell the difference as much as I'd like).
Well, on the last day of Golden Week, I'm going for a bike ride with some people from my office.
