This is Toyobai from AQE, a joint project of four breweries in Aomori. I was supposed to open the bottle with the other three yesterday, but I went to bed with my child before the last bottle, Toyobai. The last bottle of Toyobai was served one night later. The aroma is moderately apple. It is a fruity junmai with a strong Toyobai character. It has a good umami and a nice sharpness. Yes, all four bottles were completely different and a good project.
