I still hadn't had enough to drink, so I bought this one from Sado.
I wanted "Itsuki" and visited Itzumi Shuzo, where I tasted and liked this one.
They were very attentive and helpful,
I don't usually drink arugula, but this one is very natural, soft, and very easy to drink.
And it is reasonably priced handsome.
I can drink it with gusto!

It has a light and refreshing taste that is hard to believe it is a honjozo. It has a light and refreshing taste that one would not expect from a honjozo, and its richness and sweetness of rice are not as good as daiginjo-style sake, but I thought it was the most cost-effective sake for everyday drinking. It scores 70 points in terms of taste, but when you consider the cosmetics, it scores about 90 points!
