Here it is today! A new challenge sake called Minamikaze by Garakudai, which I was curious about when I saw it on Netto! The alcohol content is an unbelievably low 10.5 degrees. Normally, this would cause some twitching, but that's Garakudai's skill!
The aroma is mild, with hints of apple and muscat. When you drink it, it has a mild sweetness and a slight carbonation. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing 😄 It is low in alcohol but not flattened. It is a low-alcohol sake with a lot of umami without being flat. The acidity seems to be made with white malted rice, but it is not emphasized, but is a good accent 😊They are showing their skills without regret. Excellent 🥲.
