This is one that I brought with me when I traveled to Uonuma City, Niigata Prefecture in September. I had been putting it to sleep for a little while. There are rumors that the "feat. sara panda" model will end this season, so I wanted to make sure I got it 🤗. The rice used is domestic rice (privately brewed) Polishing ratio: 48%, flattened and polished Alcohol level is 16 degrees. The specification is Junmai Daiginjo, unfiltered raw sake, Orikarami.  When the bottle is opened, the aroma is fresh, sweet and fruity, with a soft rice aroma derived from orikarami, and a soft lactic acid aroma.  When poured into the sake cup, it has a thin, cloudy, milky white color with a slightly thickened character.  When you take a sip, it has a soft, thick mouthfeel and a sweet taste like ripe fruit. Next, the unique rice flavor of orikarami expands, followed by a soft acidity and richness with no corners. The aftertaste is almost bitter, with juicy acidity cutting through the sweetness. There is a lingering aftertaste, and while the sweet aroma remains, there is a sharpness that does not tire the drinker. After all, there is nothing wrong with Hiragana Takachiyo 🤗. To say the least, I find it very easy to drink. It is a dangerous 🍶 that can be drunk in small gulps 😆.
