The 100th commemorative run was in Noguchi, Ishikawa, my hometown.
This time, I went back home after two years in Corona. I got four bottles of sake from Ishikawa.
Even though I bought them in my hometown, the price was over 2200 yen. Quirky, Nouguchi.
My local brother told me that you can find Nouguchi everywhere...
But we don't have it in Osaka...
With many thoughts and feelings, I wondered if this was the entrance to Nokuchi.
Opening the bottle...
It has a very mellow, dry, umami flavor with a clean finish.
Even though it's a honjozo, it's amazing how well the flavor of the rice comes through.
For a honjozo, this level of taste is...
