Passion fruit-like tropical flavor.
When you drink it, you can taste the chili.
It has a very fruity flavor even though it's a honjozo.
It has a deep sweetness at the entrance, followed by a hint of alcohol.
The flavor quickly fades away and the umami is soft.
The second half has a bitterness from the alcohol, but it fades quickly.
Speedy and punchy sake.
(The aroma is not right).
