I have a rule that I will not post something that has already been posted once, so my posting frequency has dropped recently.
Today's post is about a sake called "Shimehari Tsuru.
I have been wanting to try this sake for a long time because it has a great reputation.
I took a sip with high expectations and found it to be very rich, but with excellent sharpness. But the sharpness is outstanding. It is indeed delicious.
It has a high alcohol content, but it's so good that it doesn't matter.
I think this is the first good purchase I've made in a while.
I will definitely put it on my list to buy when it comes out.
I was very satisfied with this bottle.

When I was in Niigata, I went to a sake brewery to buy some.
It is very tasty with a strong taste, isn't it?
I was so excited to drink it that I was beaten up the next day...(^^)
