This Waseda Enji has a strong relationship with Mine-no-Hakubai Sake Brewery. Three Hishiko varieties to be compared, plus three more to be drunk.
This time, the three youngest members of the Gekkoujo series, Sanrai, which competes against the master toji; Shin Ijima, a competing work with the same sake rice of that master; and the big winner, Hishiko Junmai Daiginjo Hiyaoroshi.
All are junmai daiginjos.
Sanrei is light and easy to drink.
