It was brewed four years ago when the project talks started.
Shinkame's sales manager said it was four years old.
After four years, it finally went on sale.
When I saw Hiraccio-san drinking it, I wanted to drink it.
I got it!
It's so beautiful you'd never guess it was four years old!
I immediately prepared a bottle of sake and warmed it up!
The mild acidity is perfect for warming up!
Sashimi, simmered pumpkin, salted squid
chilled tofu, omelet, pickled Chinese cabbage, etc.
