At home.
The second in a series of self-indulgent Nara sake ‼️.
The brewery is located in Imai-cho, Kashihara City and has been in existence since the Edo period. This neighborhood is famous as a sightseeing spot with its beautifully preserved old townscape.
This was my first time to visit the brewery, and I was able to see the kitchen stove used in those days and the basket that my grandmother rode in when she married into the family. It was like a field trip for adults.
And as for the taste...
It is quite a dry sake, and when I️ took it slowly, I️ felt it was tough, but there was a sweet aroma behind the dryness, and after a little time, I️ could also taste the sourness.
I would like to drink it with a little time.
I️ was impressed to find many breweries in Nara that I️ didn't know existed even though I️ had passed by them before.
I️ am glad that I️ now have more things to look forward to.
Second day, there is a change in taste‼️.
The sweetness of the food has increased dramatically.
It changed very deliciously.

Good evening, Mr. Tsukemogami.
I didn't know that. Imai-cho is a great place for a field trip because the entire town is open for tours, there are many important cultural properties, and there are several stores.
