bouken
Drinking after a long time. This is the fourth time I've had Snow Crescent.
The last time I drank it was Yuyamanishiki, but this time it's Yamada Nishiki.
I see from past posts that this is the 3rd time I've had Yamadanishiki 😅.
It's freshly opened so it's really shwashy!
Sweet, tasty, bitter, acidic, a bit apple-like.
It tastes like Koueikiku!
