There was still some summer sake left in the warehouse, so I should open it.
It has an apple-like aroma. When I put it in my mouth, it has a fruity sweet and sour taste. I wonder if it's because it's been in the bottle for six months that the umami is so strong. It's a refreshing summer sake with a strong umami flavor. Denshu always has the typical Denshu umami. It's delicious.
