Gorgeous. Just by pouring it, you can smell the fragrance and it has a strong presence even after it is poured. I can see why so many women like it. (I'm sure I'll get a lot of flack for saying that now.)
In a word, it is a modern style of sake. It can be enjoyed on its own. It can be enjoyed on its own, with just the right amount of accompaniments, and can be opened to enjoy the sake alone. You can also drink it in the daytime, so it is like white wine. (Although the alcohol content is a bit high).
As I mentioned earlier, it is gorgeous and sweet, and after it goes down your throat, it has a good alcohol feeling and a slightly sweet aftertaste. If you are not a fan of sake, I recommend this brand, Senkou, Kaze no Mori, Kamezumi, Yokoyama, Gakki Masamune, Hanayasu, Narumi, and so on. It would be better if you could move on from there to a sake that goes well with sashimi or meat! That's right.
On a personal note, I've reached 100 with this post. I started the year before last, and I never thought I would reach 100 bottles so quickly. I hope to continue to enjoy sake in its purest form!

Thank you for your message! ðâšI think it was very good timing that Hououmita became the 100th bottle by chance. It's a brand that suits celebrations, isn't it? ð¥³ð
