My first Shimane sake.
I had an image of it being dry, but it had a gorgeous aroma and taste, just like a spring sake,

Fruity, sweet and delicious.
It is good as an aperitif or after-dinner drink.
After the second day, the bitterness comes out and it is not sticky,
It has a refreshing impression.
