This sake is one of the most popular sake in Osaka, but since it is mainly sold in 1 sho (1.5 liter) bottles, it is hard to have a chance to drink it.
It tastes like regular sake.
It has a sweetness and umami that makes you feel like you are drinking sake in a bar.
I think it would be more mellow if it were heated, but I don't think I'll be welcoming it to my home in the future.
