We'll have a local liquor store manager's favorite, Kidoizumi Brewery's Afs!
Normally, sake is brewed by dividing the ingredients (rice and malted rice) into three stages, but this Ahusu is brewed in one stage, so the sweetness and sourness are emphasized.
In addition, it is made with the Yamahai brewing method, so it has an interesting mellow taste!
Alcohol content: 13 degrees
Rice polishing ratio: 65% (100% So no Mai produced in Isumi City, Chiba Prefecture)

Dear A205X253
Good morning. There are many sakes that I don't see often at Obayashi, so I tend to linger here. There was also Junmai from Kidoizumi Shuzo, so I would like to try it next time.
