In the mouth, it has a beautiful flavor and sweetness.
Aftertaste: The sake aroma leaves the nose with a whoosh, leaving a slight sourness and bitterness in the mouth.
This is already water✨The water is so clean that you can't even tell if it's sake until right before you swallow. The Junmai Ginjo is beautiful enough, but this is even more so... I like the Junmai Ginjo better when it comes to savoring the taste, but this may be the one that makes me drink too much lol!
