I bought it earlier this year and it was sitting in the fridge.

Looking closely at the description on the back label, it reads

It's a white wine with a sake taste! Sake that tastes like white wine!
but I got the same impression this time.
I didn't feel like I was becoming a super maniac 😅.
I didn't feel any lactic acidity, and I didn't feel the taste of sake's yeast yeast yeast. It is a good combination of the taste of makashiroshi and the taste of white wine.
