We found another "Nabeshima" beside the cellar of "Nabeshima Junmai Daiginjo Yoshino Yamadanishiki Classic".
Nabeshima Ginjo Summer Moon
A sweet rice aroma with a fluffy aftertaste, a clean sweetness and sharpness with a strong presence on the palate, and a deep lingering aftertaste that leaves you with a feeling of deep relaxation.
The taste brings back the emotions I felt when I first drank Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo 😋.
The beauty of the "Junmai Daiginjo" and the characteristic sweetness of the "Ginjo-shu Summer Moon" made for a luxurious comparison of the two types of sake!
