Today is the Jikin Festival at home.
This one is 80% Hachitan-Nishiki.
The aroma is milder than that of the raw.
Other than that, I could not tell any difference at all due to my lack of training.
My wife and daughter, who drank it with me, said

I have a preconceived notion that it's different from what it looks like! I have a preconceived notion that it's different from what it looks like, but even in my house, when I taste sake with my eyes open, it often doesn't hit the mark at all 😅.
