The aroma is sweet like cotton candy, and when you pour it into a glass, you can see tiny bubbles of air bubbles.
Fresh but rich sweetness and pineapple flavor!

The balance is also wonderful as it goes down smoothly after that ✨.

I love the difference between Hidakami's seasonal sake and the usual clean, dry sake 😀 I love the depth of flavor without having to worry about what to serve with it, and the price is very reasonable too ✨.
