Drinking at home.
Late summer vacation, busy with few part-time student jobs, and finally time off from work.
It's a regular lunchtime drinking session.
Today we had our first sake, Jikin, which we won by lottery.
You can't get Jyushiyo, Shinsei, Jikin, etc. in general, but only through a lottery held at a specific store.
I won it for the first time after several attempts. Yay 😆🎶.
When you open the cork, you can feel the carbonation and the fruity aroma spreads.
The taste changes depending on the accompaniment.
If you bring it to your mouth without any food, it starts with sweetness, but after bonito or yakitori, the smell is cleared away and the umami flavor is enhanced.
It would be great if it were always available.
It is a delicious drink.
