I can't tell you how many times I have been to the liquor store since the announcement of its release, wondering when it would be available for sale😅.
I opened a bottle for my mother-in-law's birthday and Christmas.
It is made from 100% Yamada-Nishiki and the rice polishing ratio is unknown.
I didn't really notice the aroma, but it has a gentle taste. Very tasty.
I'll have to go buy some Nakadori and Sesto!
