The rice used is Asahi no Yume produced in Gifu Prefecture.
It is unclear when this happened, but it seems that after 30 years, a new addition has been added to the Panda Cup.
The design of the panda seems to be different from that of the regular sake version that existed before, and when we looked into it, we found that the designer went to the Ueno Zoo and sketched the panda on purpose to complete the design.
It certainly looks a lot less scary now.
Compared to the original Panda Cup Sake, which was the king of cup sake, the taste is more like junmai sake and has a robust flavor.
The acidity is a bit strong, and the sweetness comes through when you drink it.
It is a coherent sake with a good sharpness.
I keep looking at it over and over again, and this panda is starting to look cute.

Hi Sana D. ☀️
When I went to the brewery, I had a quick look and wanted this one, but I was defeated by the kankan-ran-ran era 😆 I regret that I should have bought both after reading your review 😅.

Dear Pon-chan, Hello...
I understand how you feel.
I probably would have done the same.
Unfortunately, I mistakenly discarded the cup with the kangkang run run design (T . T)
