A test brew with undisclosed specs.
I didn't see it at any liquor stores in Kansai, but quite a while later, Takashimaya in Namba had it.
I wonder if they brought it from a store in the Kanto area? They also had Eiko-Fuji's Yami Naraku Akimizu at the same time.
This is the first time I've had Koshi's Aruzoe.
It has a strong acidity and sweetness, and ends with a pungent spiciness and a sharpness that is akin to aluzoe. Interesting taste.
It is an unusual type of sake. I guess that's why it's a test brew.
The third one, Kaiharu, has 5★ 😯 I know the name Kaiharu, but I've never seen it for sale 🤔.
