Today is a blessed celebration. It is Chiba Sake.
We have the Chiba Sake Fair.
(1) Sou-no-Kangiku Ginkai
Terada Honke Shigeto
(3) Ero Fudo
4) Sono Sangiku Nagi
5) Green Koshi
Terada Honke Katori 90
7) Kidoizumi Afs.
The 8th bottle is Fukushuku.
It is a sake brewed in Kururi, Kamisou, Chiba Prefecture.
It is a small brewery with an annual production of 3 million koku.
It is a slightly cloudy sake,
It does not have much of an aroma. It has a smooth mouthfeel.
It has a pleasant bitter and pungent taste with a freshness.
The juicy sweet and sour taste gently wafts through the nose, and the umami is thick and full of flavor.
Overall, the sake is clean, mildly juicy, dry, and delicious!
The liquor store owner commented that the sake had just the right amount of aroma and sharpness, and he was absolutely right.
It was a good sake that I am glad to have met at the Chiba Sake Fair ^ ^.
There is a "Living Water Kururi Sake Museum" in front of JR Kururi Station, where you can sample sake from 8 breweries in Kazusa for 200 yen per glass. If I lived in Chiba, I would have left long ago for a trip on the Kururi Line 💨.
