I chose sake from Hyogo, a famous sake brewing area, on my second visit to the city, thinking that I had never properly drunk sake from there. However, it was not from Nada but from Tanba Sasayama.
It is dry and acidic. It had a strong taste, partly because it was a pure sake. It tasted like a country sake.
