The best Tokujo Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa was cut down to 40%, and only the best balanced middle portion was used to make this wine! Since it was the first time to open the bottle, all the customers at the counter ordered it. Even the owner couldn't resist taking a sip and was convinced👍. It is paired with grilled swordfish and deep-fried mehikari. No, it's hikakimi! And the best one, no doubt about it❗️. The bottle is beautiful, but so is the taste! It goes well with plucking, it goes as well as Jay and Nobby 🤣. And the fried Mexicali was also soooo good! Ahh I'm drinking slowly and it's empty again ......😢 To be continued
