Quite cemedine😅it's a bit tough around the edges😵but you'll get into it as you drink. Dry and sharp ✨. Pairing it with scallop kakiage (fried scallops) reduces the ceme and makes it easier to drink 😊. Also goes well with marinated squid and myoga 🏖. Even if it's not good when tasting without snacks, it changes when paired with food. Difficult but interesting😅.
