Yamaguchi Shuzo's "Garden Uguisu" from Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, is famous for its label featuring a Japanese bush warbler, but this is a Dharma label, aged for one to two years.
It is clear and colorless, so it is not a matured sake, but even so, its mellow mouthfeel is quite different from the sharpness of new sake.
