The first sake of the new year is Kenkunichi. The pop-up of the sake shop said, "It's not like Kenkunichi...", but I thought, "Kenkunichi is a dry sake..." I was surprised when I took a sip of it. At first, it had the umami bone of Niidashizenju class rice, followed by the dry taste, and finally, it had something harmonious in the mix.
I see what you mean by heaven & earth. It's delicious!
